I’ve had the pleasure of working with Doug for a little over three years now. He is attentive to client needs and extremely hard working. He has played a major part in being a voice and offering support to our users. They love him and his consistent efforts to make sure all of their needs are met and more. Being that we are remote he makes sure to have strong communication and a great attitude.
